For The Tripidea it is of the utmost importance to provide the best service in organised trips to Colombia and Latinoamérica. Therefore, any non-compliance with the Agency's service agreement regarding the organisation and sale of organised trips, as well as all services associated with the provision of the same, must be reported to the leader of the trip during the course of the trip and, if the matter is not resolved after the latter's best efforts, you may leave your complaint as soon as reasonably possible, within a maximum period of 15 days after it has ended, so that the complaint can be analysed.
If the Client fails to do so within 15 days, its rights under this complaint may be affected.
Any dispute arising from this service provision contract will be settled by the Ministério de Industria, Comercio y Turismo MINCIT of Colombia.
If, after receiving the Agency’s response, the Client does not agree with the resolution, he/she has the right to contact the competent authorities to exercise his/her rights as a consumer.
